About Buckaroo Beau Books

Buckaroo Beau Books is an independent, Texas-based children’s publishing company dedicated to sharing authentic Western life with children all over the world.

Founded by children’s author Kacy Burke, Buckaroo Beau Books creates colorful, engaging stories inspired by ranch life, rodeo, horses, and the Western way of life. Our books are made for young readers and the families raising them, with characters and adventures that celebrate the traditions, values, and everyday experiences of Western life.

What began with one little cowboy named Buckaroo Beau has grown into a collection of children’s books and activities featuring cowboys, cowgirls, horses, ranch animals, rodeo, and more.

Our goal is simple: to create books kids love while sharing the Western world we love with the next generation.
